Journey across a wide-open landscape punctuated by colorful sandstone cliffs, sagebrush-covered flats, and high ridges dotted with piñon pine and juniper. Travel through Bryce Canyon Country on a portion of the Scenic Highway 89, recognized by National Geographic as the No. 1 Driver's Drive in the world. You will be struck by the beauty of Bryce Canyon National Park, an otherworldly landscape of red rock pillars known as hoodoos, pink cliffs, and endless vistas. Day 7: Salt Lake City

Day 8: Jackson and the Tetons

Before leaving Salt Lake City, take in the State Capitol building. Drive along the scenic Logan Canyon, over the Wasatch Mountain Range, and up to the Bear Lake Summit. Stop for lunch on your own near Bear Lake offering views of beautiful turquoise waters. You will then head north across the Oregon Trail to historic Jackson. Have your cameras ready for the famous elk antlers at the central square, while eager shoppers will find a number of charming traditional boutique galleries to browse. Enjoy the rest of the evening at leisure, with your hotel located only a short walk away from Jackson's Town Square.

Savor the surreal surroundings of Yellowstone with a relaxed start. Customer Experience: Our tour director, Robert, was very knowledgeable. He kept us moving, but gave us plenty of time at each place and guided us to the best views. He added in many extras as well. Archie, our driver, was amazing. He made sure we rode in style. Their attention to detail was amazing. They met the needs of a large and diverse group without missing a beat. The pace of the trip was amazing. So much packed into 2 weeks. Amazing experiences at Grand Canyon, Bryce, Zion, Grand Tetons, Yellowstone, Devils Tower, Badlands, Mt. Rushmore, Crazy Horse and so much in between. We saw so much and also learned a lot about the Indigenous people and culture.

Customer Experience: Great travel director (Robert L), and bus driver (Archie) both made the trip more enjoyable., and went the extra mile. Seat rotation daily was a wonderful idea. The bus was very roomy and comfortable, business class. There were regular comfort stops which gave everyone a chance to stand and stretch during the longer drives. The lodging was well-chosen, the dining was good. Everyone kept an eye out for wildlife, and we weren't disappointed. The trip was informational, and magnified the beauty of our country's treasures. I saw everything I'd hoped to see, and so much more. The Face to Face at Crazy Horse was awesome! The Antelope Canyon tour, and Snake River floats were optional, and we enjoyed both. We saw a lot in so little time. If you are looking to see highlights of each park, this is the trip to choose.

Customer Experience: Insight Vacation took care of everything. The locations that they took us and the places that we stayed were the locations we had always dreamed about. Would we do Insight again? YOU BET! Oh, my goodness! We had so many things that we wanted to do out West and this covered almost EVERYTHING we imaged (and then some). Our (Smiley) T.D. was more than we could have hoped for! Would we do Insight again? YOU BET!

Drivers always excellent. Tour Guides differ from Tour to Tour. This Tour guide needed to be more organised. Not much history included in her information on board the bus. It is quite a gruelling tour. More days need to be added to enable travellers to actually see some of the places we stayed at. Some of the National Park lodges are very poorly maintained. Well below Insight Vacation standards.

Roger was a magnificent director - very knowledgeable and went well beyond expectations to make our vacation a memorable one. Wonderful trip and a packed itinerary with all the key spots one would expect on a National Parks tour. The views and scenery were exceptional.

We received excellent service when I got sick resulting in Linda assisting Pam after my illness. Because of the high altitudes there is a risk of altitude sickness as happened to me.
