Now add in a splash of local wine, a hands-on cooking class, and unforgettable connections with locals — could there be a better way to spend seven days in Georgia? Absolutely not. Walk the halls of centuries-old churches and fortresses, tracing the footsteps of those who came before. Marvel at sweeping river gorges and dramatic mountain landscapes.
