Our tour guide, Israel was excellent. The entire trip was very carefully and perfectly timed. The Machu experience itself was incredible. The hotels and food were amazing. The Parwa restaurant and woman?s weaving coop were excellent as well.

Karin J.  -  Traveled, November 2023

The trip was advertised as a 3 day trip, however, the last day was just ?departure any time? so really it was a 2 day trip. Also, both hotels that were booked for us were not great. The first one had a tiny room and was loud. The second one was freezing cold. While the excursions themselves were great, considering the price for the whole trip we expected much better hotels. Lastly (and most importantly), the communication with G Adventures before the trip was bad. We sent multiple emails to obtain more information and did not receive a reply. We had to physically go to the G Adventures office in Cusco where the staff was very nice and helpful, however, they gave us the wrong hotel name for our 1st night which suggests they'didn't know either what had been booked.
